How does the lifetime commission work?
The lifetime commission means you continue to receive a 40% commission on every subscription from your referred clients as long as they remain active subscribers to Synthesys. There is no time limit — commissions keep paying out for as long as the subscription is active.
When and how are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid monthly. Once your accumulated earnings cross the minimum payout threshold, payments are sent via PayPal or direct bank transfer. Keep your payment details up to date inside your affiliate dashboard so payouts arrive on time.
How do you track my sales?
Sales are tracked through your unique affiliate link. When a potential customer clicks your link, a cookie is placed in their browser that tags their account with your affiliate ID if they go on to subscribe. This ensures every referral is credited to you.
Is there a minimum threshold for payouts?
Yes — the minimum payout threshold is $100. You need to earn at least $100 in commissions before your earnings are released.
What are the terms for maintaining an active referral?
An active referral is a user who signed up for Synthesys through your link and maintains a paid subscription. Referrals become inactive if their subscription is cancelled, or if a payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period.
