What is the difference between the plans?

Credits, plus one unlock per step. Every plan has the video agent, all 11 formats, Studio tools and full commercial rights. Starter gives 3,500 credits a month. Pro gives 8,000 and adds Brand Kit. Agency gives 17,000 and adds the winning video ads library plus publishing and scheduling to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Max starts at 30,000 with the lowest price per credit and a dedicated account manager.

How do credits work?

Credits pay for the video itself. The app shows the exact price before anything is generated, and a failed generation costs nothing. A typical 15-second UGC ad is about 522 credits, a TV commercial about 647 and a faceless story about 30. Scripts, voiceover, music and chatting with the agent are always free. Plan credits arrive every month and unused plan credits reset at the next monthly grant. Credits from a pack never expire.

Can I change plans any time?

Yes. Upgrades apply straight away: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the month and get extra credits in the same proportion, then the full new amount at your next renewal. Downgrades apply at your next renewal, so nothing changes before then. There is no contract.

How much do I save with yearly billing?

30%. Starter is $240 a year ($20/mo), Pro $492 ($41/mo), Agency $996 ($83/mo) and Max from $1,668 ($139/mo). You get the same monthly credits as the monthly plan, delivered every month for 12 months.

Are prices shown with tax?

No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout based on your address, and businesses can enter a VAT number there.

Can I buy extra credits?

Yes. Any active plan can add a credit pack from inside the app at any time: 1,000 credits for $10, 2,750 for $25 or 6,000 for $50. Pack credits never expire and are used after your plan credits.

What is your refund policy?

You can get a refund within 3 days of purchase if you have used no more than 25% of your plan's credits. Email support@synthesys.io to request it. The unused credits from that payment are removed and the plan ends.

How do I cancel?

Any time in the app, under Manage account, then Plans & credits, then Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and your credits stay usable until then. No further payments are taken.

Do all plans include commercial rights?

Yes. Use your videos in paid ads, client work, product pages, training and social media with no royalties, attribution or per-video licence fees.

Can I publish and schedule videos from Synthesys?

Yes, on Agency and Max. Connect your TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts in the app, then post a finished video straight away or schedule it for a later time. Scheduled posts can be moved or cancelled, and publishing never costs credits.

I need more than 250,000 credits a month.
