Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:
All refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the initial purchase. Refunds are eligible only if the usage of any suite tool within the subscription plan is below 5 minutes. Please note that subscription plans exceeding 5 minutes of video or voice usage are not eligible for a refund.
To initiate a refund request, kindly contact us at support@synthesys.io within the specified 72-hour timeframe.
Cancellation Process:
If you decide to cancel your subscription, we've made the process simple and convenient for you. To initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website at https://app.synthesys.live/.
- Navigate to the "My Plan" section in your dashboard.
- Within the "My Plan" section, you will find an option to cancel your subscription. Follow the steps to complete the cancellation process.
Please note that once you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
